Shipping & Policy of changes

At MY HOME24 we always try to get your order in your hands as soon as possible! For shipments within Greece we cooperate with the company ELTA COURIER.

The following charges apply:

Www.myhome24.gr brings the order to the door of your house in collaboration with the company elta courier, without being charged for shipping, if your order exceeds 50 €.

  • For orders under 50 euros the charge will be 5 euros – indicative delivery time 5 working days
  • In case you choose a method of payment by cash on delivery, the charge will be 2 euros extra for orders up to 50 € – indicative delivery time 5 working days
  • For mattresses and beds and furniture the charge is through a transport company that you will indicate to us at your own expense.
  • Assembly is not included in the price

The delivery days and times of the orders are from Monday to Friday and range from 9 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon. In case you can not pick up during this period, you have the option to pick up from the ELTA COURIER store with the help of the shipping code that we send you via sms and e-mail.

If there is a problem with the shipment of your order (for example lack of a product from the manufacturer), a representative will contact us immediately, in order to find the best possible solution for your service.

All orders are processed by us from Monday to Friday. Availability in each species differs and is indicated in green letters. The shipment will be made when the whole order is completed and the shipment time will be adjusted based on the item that has the longest delivery time.

Final delivery time may vary in some inaccessible areas / islands or during periods of emergency or heavy workload of courier companies. Weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery times.

Shipping Service Abroad

For shipments abroad to destinations within the European Union Delivery time varies depending on the destination – indicatively we estimate 7 to 11 working days. Cash on delivery service is not valid in foreign countries.

The shipping fee is calculated by weight with the ELTA.

– Up to 3 kg, the charge is € 7.00.

– Up to 5 kg, the charge is € 11.00.

– From 5 kg up to 10 kg, the charge is € 18.00.

– From 10 kg up to 15 kg, the charge is € 25.00.

– From 15 kg up to 20 kg, the charge is € 33.00.

For every extra kilo over 20 kilos the charge is 2 euros.

For orders containing products marked with Shipping

Orders with products bearing the special indication “Shipping by Transportation”, are sent through the Transportation Company and are delivered to the sidewalk, if you are in the city center. You can choose the transport you want and the shipping cost is borne by you. In the specific items, payment is required either by bank deposit or by using a credit or debit card, while for these orders the indicated delivery times do not apply.

For orders of professional equipment

The cost of transport is borne by the customer and is calculated depending on the volume of products and the pricing policy of the agency to be selected.

Payment for professional equipment orders is made by bank deposit, using a credit or debit card.

Product Returns

You have the right to return the received product within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt and request its replacement with another product. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.

Product returns (within Greece)

To return a parcel within Greece, you must send it exclusively to ELTA Courier, free of charge.

Shipping your new order (change) costs 5 €.

This amount is offset by any difference in the value of the new products you have chosen.

In case your new order includes bulky items, additional charges may apply, for which you will be informed before sending the parcel.

Product changes (Cyprus)

To return a parcel from Cyprus you must send it to us with a Courier company of your choice and your own charge.

Shipping your new order (change) costs € 9.

This amount is offset by any difference in the value of the new products you have chosen.

In case your new order includes bulky items, additional charges may apply, for which you will be informed before sending the parcel.

Terms related to product returns

Product returns will be accepted only after consultation with our store.

The products you want to return for a change must be complete, unused and in their original packaging to be accepted.

Important: In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer.

This means that you should:

  • To be in excellent condition (with their factory packaging, ie box or jelly), without damage and signs of use
  • Their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product, without damage, glued stickers etc
  • Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).

If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement.

Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return of product for change.

Please note that all changes and refunds are made at current product prices.

Products that do not change

In the following product categories:

  • Pillows (for hygiene reasons)
  • Face masks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Mattresses (for hygiene reasons)
  • Furniture

no changes are made, for obvious reasons.
