Return of defective products

In cases where with proven guilt www.myhome24.gr products of poor and defective quality were sold or from error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, poorly packed, etc. then the www.myhome24.gr takes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost return (in which case it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses into an account designated bank), as well as re-shipping costs.
IMPORTANT: The guarantee of all products is provided by the individual
Greek official importer and not from www.myhome24.gr. Therefore, any product returned as defective, should be shipped by (or by natural way, either with detailed and characteristic photos that highlight the problem) in the official Greek dealership / importer.
Only if the company recognizes the hardware failure, we will proceed product replacement or compensation (refund). In case but the company does not recognize the problem, from our side, we can not to take any action.
The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.
Order cancellation – Return of products (Right withdrawal)
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
A) Before shipping the product

Returns in Greece
If the value of your order was lower than 50 €, the charge is 5 € for the return of the product (since you have already paid the metaphorically).

CYPRUS
All refunds made to a bank account except Greece, will be charged with remittance costs as well as the value of shipping and return.
If the value of your order was lower than € 120, they will be deducted from the refunded amount only the transfer costs. If the value of the order was over € 120, they will be deducted from refundable the transfer costs as well as an additional 9 € (cost

In no case is the return of a product with a simple one accepted post office (ELTA) or by bus.

no returns are made, for obvious reasons.

Refusal to accept an order
