Return of defective products<\/p>\n
In cases where with proven guilt www.myhome24.gr products of poor and defective quality were sold or from error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, poorly packed, etc. then the www.myhome24.gr takes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost return (in which case it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses into an account designated bank), as well as re-shipping costs.
\nIMPORTANT: The guarantee of all products is provided by the individual
\nGreek official importer and not from www.myhome24.gr. Therefore, any product returned as defective, should be shipped by (or by natural way, either with detailed and characteristic photos that highlight the problem) in the official Greek dealership \/ importer.
\nOnly if the company recognizes the hardware failure, we will proceed product replacement or compensation (refund). In case but the company does not recognize the problem, from our side, we can not to take any action.
\nThe terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.

\nCYPRUS
\nAll refunds made to a bank account except Greece, will be charged with remittance costs as well as the value of shipping and return.
